Pocahontas County Schools Provides Meals to Children During the Summer   Pocahontas County Schools announces their sponsorship of the federally funded Summer Food Service Program.   Breakfast and Lunch are open to all children, ages 18 years and under, who would like to participate.    Meals will be served at the following sites:   Green Bank Elementary/Middle School 5917 Potomac Highland Trail Green Bank WV 24944   Breakfast will be provided from 8:00 am to 8:45 am at GBEMS and Lunch will start at 11:30 am until 12:00 pm this program will begin on July 6th and end on July 30th, Monday-Thursday   Marlinton Elementary School 926 5th Avenue Marlinton WV 24954   Breakfast will be provided from 8:00am to 8:45 am at MES and lunch 11:30 am to 12:30pm, this program will begin on June 22nd and end July 31st. (Monday-Friday) Friday July 3rd the site will be closed in observance of Independence Day.   A nutritious meal is important for children to learn, play and remain active during the summer months. Pocahontas County Schools announces their sponsorship of the federally funded Summer Food Service Program.
