Energy drinks can pose serious health risks, such as:
💔 Heart Issues: Palpitations, high blood pressure, and even heart failure. 💧 Dehydration: They don’t hydrate you properly. 😰 Anxiety: Feelings of nervousness and jitters. 🌙 Sleep Problems: Insomnia and sleep disturbances. ⚠️ Addiction: They can be addictive. 👶 Harm to Kids: Negative effects on developing nervous and cardiovascular systems. 🤢 Other Issues: Digestive problems, bone loss, and upset stomach.

This is a reminder there will be a mandatory PCHS boys and girls basketball parent and player meeting on Thursday, November 7th at 6pm in the auditorium.
A few reminders about the upcoming Veteran's Day holiday:
First, all 5 district schools will be hosting Veteran's Day Programs, and those details can be found on the Pocahontas County Schools website. We would be honored for you to join us at those events.
Additionally, on Monday, November 11th, all schools will be closed to observe the national Veteran's Day holiday.
Lastly, the Pocahontas County School District wishes to extend our sincerest gratitude to our Veterans for their service.
