Good morning! We wanted to be sure you know that we are still three hours delayed today. Again, we are on a delay and not closed for Monday, December 2—we understand that a television station misreported. Sorry for the confusion. We will see you soon!

All Pocahontas County Schools will be on a three-hour delay due to weather on Monday, December 2, 2024. Please be careful.

Marlinton Middle School sent home progress reports today with all the children’s grades. However, if a student received a detailed report from a teacher, the grade and percentage at the top is an average of 1st 9 weeks and 2nd 9 weeks. This grade will change as the 2nd 9 weeks progress to become their 1st semester average. This grade does not reflect their 2nd 9 weeks class grade. Please refer to the school progress report for accurate 2nd 9 weeks class grades.
